Minneapolis, MN 8/1/2007

Advanced Web LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Twin City Label (TCL), a division focused on merchandising labels for the grocery industry, to Adhesive Label. Advanced Web, a narrow web flexo printer based in Minneapolis, is focused on five packaging markets, from medical device, OEM, prime, specialty/promotional and direct mail. John “Kip” Colwell, CEO and President of Advanced Web says “The sale of TCL will allow both companies to focus on their core competencies and dedicate the resources and capabilities required to succeed in today’s market.”

Advanced Web, which is the result of a merger of Web Label and Advanced Web Technologies in 2005 is an ISO 9001-2000 certified company.

Twin City Label will relocate it’s on-hand inventory and resources to Adhesive Label’s facility in New Hope, MN. Along with the inventory, Adhesive will acquire an extensive list of current customers from all 50 states.
